1. Subscription Plans WhatsLead by Academy Geetgram.com operates on a subscription basis(monthly or annual). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel it.


2. Cancellation Policy You can cancel your subscription at any time.Cancellation will stop all future recurring charges.


· How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription directly from your WhatsLead account dashboard under the "Billing" or "Subscription" settings. Alternatively, you may request cancellation by contacting our support team at support@geetgram.com.

· What Happens When You Cancel:

  · Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing period.

  · You will retain access to the paid features of the Service until the end of your billing cycle.

  · After cancellation, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan (if available) or your account will be deactivated.


3. Refund Policy Due to the digital nature of our service and the immediate access to features upon subscription,we have a strict no-refund policy for subscription fees.


· Charges are Non-Refundable: All fees charged are non-refundable. This includes monthly or annual subscription fees, one-time setup fees, and any prepaid amounts. We do not provide refunds for partial months of service, unused time, or if you simply change your mind.

· No Refunds for Unused Time: We do not prorate refunds for accounts that cancel mid-billing cycle.

· Exceptions: Refunds may be considered only at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  · A technical issue from our side that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable time period.

  · Duplicate charges made in error.


4. Termination by Us Academy Geetgram.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of the Service for any reason at any time,particularly for violation of our Terms of Service. Such termination may result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account. In such cases, you will not be eligible for a refund.


5. Changes to Your Plan


· Downgrading your plan may result in the loss of features or capacity. We do not issue refunds for such changes.

· Upgrading your plan will result in an immediate pro-rated charge for the remainder of your current billing cycle.
